Extrinsic/Intrinsic

That echo of your face was a peculiar place
extrinsic to knowledge, that is the
sense sits that I am retracing memory
that some are lost

walking by the side of themselves exogenous
to intrinsicness as if your truth and
mine must collide to make a journey
instinctively
together

Others have us blown apart and into pieces
to cut out their intrinsic identity
by the faux pas of money
dis heritage is inclemently seedy
to
break

back distance that others swell to
concord and mention (perhaps) the strength
of weakness and disharmony, identity through
losing it and losing out from those
who'd
rather

keep us rung out and circled beyond
the esoteric power of knowledge and money
still turning the topsoil, for fear of rain
that saps the buds and drowns the spuds
long
winding

and jovial our skies are far meaner
than yours a thick plastic that this landscape
ruminant and thick with meaning
is Cyclopsed copsed and given a string
of
unaffordable

inexpensive housing crowding bushes and trees
into an ambiance, vicarious reality broaching
the weather in your eyes, darker mysterious
your sanity crumbling week by week until
the merest thing
is convolution

Your "thing" is to distance us from our tradition
madness pulls far from reason
and the less of reason that it is
the greater of reason it becomes
You
a

reason to rewrite cultures! And you are as mad
as mad can be! And in our writing
we have little to write but much to do, to accept
how wrong we will be to have reasoned
in
such

a manner when our heritage is changed
by you and
by others.
Altered,
not shattered.....

if I concentrate on part of any letter
it is going to regress to rune,
or it is going to transcend its modular endowment
as a moment in the alphabet amid repose

for now experience is cleansed by sleep
and I remember to make happiness a swivel
to opposing forces all alive within
my breathing and my memory

if I can convey uninterrupted attitude
the same as watching without baggage

Autonomy

beyond technology, the unutterable and immeasurable, the fluidity of cultures, the myth of a fractured subjectivity, the repression of subjectivity, the inability to objectify subjectivity, plural humanity and distinct individuality, plurality as liberty, intellectual personal and creative freedom, self expression, the inevitability of forces other than money, intrinsic human adaptability and change, a balance between restriction and autonomy, societies and autonomy.....
Thank you to Miss Boux for letting me use her excellent photograph in my picture

Brief Insights into the Postmodern Condition

Possibly, the root cause of Postmodernism is a fear of love. By love I mean all human relationships, sexual, familial and friendships.
Attributed to this is our lack of faith in human nature, humanity.

These attitudes, backed up by the "freedoms" of technology and the repetitiveness of the media (persistent knowledge for the sake of money/power) have put us in a situation where we must, yet cannot (fully) escape that, that we invariably consist of.

Contrivance rather than humanness((perceived) authenticity) is, for now, our unreliable friend.
